1. Objectives

• Encourage users to share beautiful and creative photos of Oakland

"Beautiful Moments in Oakland" / "Oakland Through My Eyes" / 

 Photos must be related to Oakland — including scenery, people, culture, landmarks, daily life, food, street art, or local events.

3. Timeline

• Submission period: 7 days
  
  

• Winners announced: 3 days after the contest ends
  
  

4. Who Can Participate

• Anyone  — especially Oakland residents or those who love the city
  
  

5. How to Enter

• Post your photo on your personal Instagram account
  Use the official hashtag: #PicOaklandPhotoContest2025
  Tag the organizer’s Instagram: @picoakland

(Optional) Add a caption sharing the story or your personal reflection about the photo

• Or send your photo via DM to @picoakland

The photo must clearly showcase Oakland (locations, people, or local activities)

• The top 3 to 5 winners (depending on the number of entries) will receive food gift cards by Madeline
